General Assembly of Servas International

Servas International holds a general assembly every 3 years, to which lots of members attend in order to discuss various topics to make improvements for its activities.

Servas Japan has laid down a rule to help a delegate attend it and at the same time has been saving a working fund in case we hold one in our country in the future.

International Regional Conference

A regional coordinator calls for a regional conference as the occasion demands. East Asia Region is one to which Servas Japan belongs. It is also joined by Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, and Mongolia. Our regional conferences have been held as follows:
