The Organization Servas Japan
- The Executive Committee of Servas Japan consists of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Peace Secretary, and a couple of advisors. They get in close touch with each chapter and EXCO, Servas International.
- Servas Japan has 7 chapters, and each chapter conducts their affairs with its secretary, host coordinator, and other officials.
- Hokkaido Chapter: Hokkaido.
- Tohoku Chapter: Akita Prefecture, Iwate Prefecture, Aomori Prefecture, Niigata Prefecture, Fukushima Prefecture, Miyagi Prefecture, and Yamagata Prefecture.
- Kanto Chapter: The metropolis of Tokyo, Kanagawa Prefecture, Chiba Prefecture, Ibaraki Prefecture, Tochigi Prefecture, Saitama Prefecture, Gunma Prefecture, and Yamanashi Prefecture.
- Tokai-Hokuriku Chapter: Nagano Prefecture, Shizuoka Prefecture, Aichi Prefecture, Gifu Prefecture, Mie Prefecture, Fukui Prefecture, Ishikawa Prefecture, and Toyama Prefecture.
- Kinki Chapter: Shiga Prefecture, Osaka Prefecture, Kyoto Prefecture, Nara Prefecture, Wakayama Prefecture, and Hyogo Prefecture.
- Chugoku-Shikoku Chapter: Tottori Prefecture, Shimane Prefecture, Okayama Prefecture, Hiroshima Prefecture, Yamaguchi Prefecture, Kagawa Prefecture, Tokushima Prefecture, Kochi Prefecture, and Ehime Prefecture.
- Kyushu Chapter: Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, Kagoshima Prefecture, and Okinawa Prefecture.
Meetings and gatherings
- Every year in March an annual national meeting is held in order to discuss various topics and at the same time enjoy friendship among the members.
- Each chapter holds its own meeting(s) regularly and whenever necessary. These meetings are reported in each chapter’s newsletter.
- Servas International holds its General Assembly every 3 years, to which Servas Japan dispatches a delegate. Meetings of Servas International
